Flatinrome Trastevere G

Trastevere G is a comfortable 65 square metres (700 Sq.Ft.) two bedroom apartment with a lovely small balcony and a shared panoramic roof top terrace located on the 2nd floor of a characteristic Roman 4 storey building with elevator, on the picturesque district of Trastevere. It is ideal for those looking for a relaxing break away from the crowded city center roads and hotels but at the same time looking for a very quiet accommodation for light sleepers in the very centre of Rome.



This rate includes: * Utilities * Air conditioning and heating * Free Wi Fi connection * Free calls to Italian, Western Europe and North America land lines * Cleaning assurance: if you do not find the apartment as clean as you expected, please let me know within 24 hours of your arrival and I have the apartment cleaned again, free of charge. * Linen and towels included EXTRAS: * Car transfer to/from airport/stations (15 Euros per person, 70 Euros minimum fee) * Baby cot (less than 2 yo) : free (please note that I do not provide linen, blankets or pillows for the baby cot)

Arrivals: The check in time is from 4:00 PM, but I m flexible! If you d like to arrive earlier, contact me in advance, and I ll do my best to accommodate you. After 4:00 PM, you can check in independently, provided that the online registration has been completed in advance. We will then arrange to meet in person for verification. If you prefer an in person check in, we must schedule a precise appointment. Please note that: * After 8:00 PM, there is an extra charge of 50. * After midnight, the extra charge is 70. Departures: Check out must be completed by 10:00 AM. If you have different preferences, please inform me at least 2 days in advance, and I ll do my best to accommodate you! Pets I m happy to welcome your furry friends! A cleaning fee of 50 per stay applies for deep cleaning.

The apartment is also well connected to the city airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and to the main train stations in Rome. With a few steps you can cross the river on Ponte Fabricio the oldest remaining bridge of Rome (62 bC !) and get to Jewish Ghetto and Largo Argentina, in the heart of the historical centre of the Eternal City. Trastevere Complex is in the perfect location for visiting the Eternal City by walk. The historical centre of Rome is in fact quite small: it s a circle of less than 3 kilometres (less than 2 miles) in diameter that includes (from North clockwise): Termini Station, Coliseum, Trastevere and Vatican. All the major attractions are in between. From Flatinrome Trastevere you can walk to the main sites : Coliseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Navona Square, Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, etc.
