The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. There is also a dining table in the kitchen, and it opens up to the terrace. Additionally, there is a shower and a separate toilet on this level.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a living room with an open-hearth fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. This floor also has two rooms, each with a French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), and both rooms have access to the terrace. There is also a shower, a separate toilet, and a double hand-basin on this level.
