Ground floor apartment in the popular Century Wharf development, set in a secure gated development. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a separate living room, and two bedrooms.
● Located in a quiet residential area in the heart of Cardiff Bay, within walking distance of Mermaid Quay, Cardiff Bay Train Station, and Cardiff Central.

The space: This property briefly comprises of entrance hallway, lounge, kitchen/diner, bathroom and two bedrooms.
Entrance Hallway :
● Entrance hallway is spacious and gives access to all rooms. It has laminate flooring, an intercom telephone system, spotlights to ceiling and a wall mounted electric heater.
Kitchen/Diner :
● Kitchen is made up of a range of wall and floor kitchen units with worktop over and splash back tiled walls. It has an integrated oven with cooker hood over, an electric hob, a stainless steel sink and drainer. The kitchen floor is tiled, there are spotlights to ceiling and a window to side.
