Semi detached house with community pool 5 minutes from the beach:
Cozy semi-detached house for four people two minutes walk from the magnificent beach of Torre Valentina. Decorated in a marine style, it has a kitchen, living / dining room with access to a terrace that offers a lot of privacy, a double room with access to a balcony, one with two single beds, a full bathroom. The terrace is equipped with table, chairs, outdoor lighting and barbecue to enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors. The house is located in a very small community with a community pool.
Drought situation.
The measures to manage episodes of regional water shortages agreed by the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya) and/or other competent public administrations will be mandatory for both contracting parties. In compliance with the regulations, services may be affected that cannot be carried out normally. No such event will entail any type of compensation. In the case of this accommodation, it is possible that the communal pool may not be operational. HOWEVER, the nearest beach is a 2-minute walk from the accommodation. If you would like more precise information about the pool's operation according to dates, you can contact us at any time.
