7 East Coast is a stunning, two bedroom apartment offering a high quality finish. Carefully furnished for luxurious and comfortable living. Ideally located in the town centre of Bournemouth where you can walk to all local amenities and local beaches plus the added benefit of secure, allocated parking to explore the surroundings that Dorset has to offer; such as the New Forest and Jurassic coastline into Devon. his property has a generously spacious open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen (integrated fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer) with two balconies. The master bedroom offers double bed with en-suite shower room and twin bedroom. Family bathroom with bath/shower combination.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Cleaning is done as normal, as an exception to our ECO policies, we will use cleaning products containing disinfectants. Linen and towels are always washed at a minimum of 60 degrees.This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and NO pets allowed. Suitable for families, couples and professionals only. We do not accept Hen/Stag parties and it is at the owners discretion to accept groups.
This property has a complimentary starter pack designed to welcome you to the property, and save a trip to shops on your arrival date - we recommend you take advantage of our Shopping Service should you require provisions to last throughout your stay; please enquire for more details on this service.
Security Deposit Refundable deposit for the amount of £350.00 is taken with your balance payment; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TRANSACTION in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are refunded within 5 days after your departure. It will take 5-7 working days to clear back into your account (time dependable on your bank)

Fabulous apartment; quiet yet ideally located within Bournemouth

Booked this while attending an event at the nearby BIC. Fantastic place, so clean and quiet yet a mere 3 minute stroll to the BIC. Has all the amenities you could want for a fab stay & it was lovely to sit out on the balcony during the evenings. It's a great location for a stroll along the beach too. Will definitely book the same place if we come to the BIC again - 100% recommend.

Lovely apartment!

Fantastic apartment, clean and comfortable. Near to the beach and amenities. Really lovely stay there, didn't want to leave.

As shown in the office email, there is no problem if you can receive the key and return the reply. But when I asked a question about the parking lot to stay with a friend, I didn't get a reply right away. There was no problem except that there was no reply to the email question.

Great Apartment

The apartment is very central, clean, modern and within easy walking distance of the town centre. A great apartment for work or leisure, I will definitely consider rebooking.

Lovely apartment great location

This apartment is ideally situated for both the beach and the shops in a gated complex with private parking. Whilst it is finished to a high standard I think it could do with a little tlc in certain areas. Be aware the apartment sits on the top of a hill which is certainly not for the faint hearted. Despite these minor issues I wouldn't hesitate to rebook the apartment in the future.

Fantastic apartment

Lovely apartment, only a few minutes walk from the beach and close the town. Lovely modern furnished, clean and tidy & underground secure parking would definitely stay again and recommend.

Awful experience

The property is all style over substance. It looks good in the photos but once you finally get in (that is another story below) you can see that the furnishings are cheap and there are marks on the dining table, the curtains (where there are any) are coming away from the rails and the carpets were dirty. Now to the property manager; we travelled 4 hours by car ( my wife, two young children and myself) to get to the property just after 4pm (check in was 4pm). 10 minutes before we got there we got a call from the agent (SmartHomes) to say that the property was not yet ready and would not be so until about 6pm. We picked up the keys and were told someone would ring us when it was ready. We were in a town we did not know with a young family so we decided to go for an early dinner. No one rang us!!! At 7:45pm i tried to call the agent on the emergency number i was given. It went to voicemail and i left a message. I tried two further times over the next 20 minutes. At 7:15pm we were finally called back by a maintenance man to be told the property had been ready for over an hour!!!!! I asked him to get the property agent to ring me first thing Monday morning as they were closed. They did not ring me!!! I rang them at lunchtime and was told they were aware of the problems and they offered me a late checkout. I explained that we had plans for the day we were checking out so we could not do this. They then offered me £32 in compensation for the late check in and the distress and waiting around my family had suffered!!!! I told them that was insulting and they needed to reconsider this. They sent me an email saying the case was closed. This agent is absolutely useless and should not be allowed to advertise on Vrbo. I contacted Vrbo and they could not care less. They just take your money and pass all responsibility to the agent. I for one will not be using Vrbo or this agent again. Do not bother staying at any homes advertised by this agent as you will regret it.

Spacious, modern and by the beach

We are a family of 4( 2A 2C 9y and 6y) and found the apartment ✔️ spacious ✔️ modern ✔️ comfy beds and sofas ✔️ central to the town and the beach ✔️ underground parking ❌ It was super hot when we were there, so we needed all the doors and windows open on the evening which meant we could hear all the noise from neighbouring hotels and roads. That was the only negative.

Nice property

When arriving at the property we were given no instruction regards accessing the underground carpark. (Electric fob was left in the flat) Great location but noisy due to the main road. Property was well equipped but had to was the pots and pans before use as they were left dirty. Overall, good property in a goid location with free underground parking.

Lovely Apartment

Lovely clean apartment and close to the beach/ pubs/ restaurants and all other amenities you’ll need for a great stay. Only down side was there was NO coat hangers which you would expect from an apartment with a high standard and the price for renting it out for a week so that was very disappointing and living out of a suit case for a week wasn’t what I had planned when I arrived with my family. But apart from that I couldn’t fault the apartment at all. A great family holiday and a week away from it all.
