Villa Summary
Villa La Casita is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property that is located in the popular area of Costa Nova in Javea. Set in spacious grounds and with some contemporary features, the villa is ideal for those seeking a relaxing retreat. After a lazy day round the private pool or relaxing on the large roof terrace, why not experience the culture in the nearby resort of Javea with its sandy Arenal Beach and array of eateries and shops which is a short drive away. Included at the villa is WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms Please read the Owner/Host Story.
Villa Description
Swimming pool, sunbathing area and roof terrace.
Patio doors off the lounge lead to a comfortable seating and a dining set under a shaded terrace - ideal for alfresco dining. A few steps down from here leads to the private pool which offers total privacy with its screen hedging. Stairs from the far side of covered terrace lead up to the roof terrace with seating and views of the surrounding area. Around the side of the stairs from the covered terrace are 2 BBQ's (1 with a paella ring for those who want to sample some authentic Spanish food). The garden is well maintained and has several other dining sets amongst it. The private pool has Roman steps and is a perfect place to sunbathe and unwind.
Entrance
Enter via gates to off road parking for up to 3 cars. The front door is up 3 steps to your right and leads into the light and airy entrance hall.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Right off the hallway is the separate shower room, and next to this is the twin bedroom. The Master double bedroom is on the left and has an en suite bathroom.
Living space
Straight ahead from the entrance hall and through an arch, leads to the contemporary lounge that has patio doors leading to the covered terrace and pool. These doors have lots of natural light flowing through this area, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
Kitchen and dining area
Pass through either of the 2 arches from the lounge, and you will reach the sleek and stylish kitchen/dining area. This makes an ideal sociable space and a great place to make a cool refreshment or a family meal. A further set of patio doors from kitchen lead onto the covered terrace.
This villa is registered and licenced by the Generalitat Valenciana to comply with local legislation on holiday rentals. This number is: VT-446563-A.

We chose new home in 2000 having enjoyed many family holidays in Javea. Once inside, the villa is all on one level. It is south facing and tastefully decorated throughout
Varför värden valde detta boende
The Costa Nova area is perfectly situated. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but has plenty to offer nearby during the day or night if you want to walk out and close enough to Javeas Arenal Beach, Port and Marina and the Historic old town should you wish to ring the changes. The villa is close to the Granadella beach and just a short 10 minute drive to the main beach front with bars, restaurants and shops. There are 2 very good restaurants nearby and 2 more is you wish to stroll a little further.
Javea is a great family area and you are made to feel welcome wherever you go.
