Renovated to a good standard, the front door leads into the open plan sitting room and kitchen diner where you can relax and enjoy television, DVDS or listen to your CDs. On chilly evenings relax in front of the woodburner. Your first basket of logs is provided. Access from the rear door leads on to the private patio garden, which is equipped with table and chairs and Barbecue.

The well-equipped kitchen has a gas hob, and a combination microeave grill/oven. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher as well as a toaster, kettle and cafetiere.

In the south-facing garden there is a small summer house which makes an ideal place to shelter from the sun during the day and is a delightful spot to sit with a glass of wine during the evening. Upstairs is the bedroom with its cozy double bed and a sitting area where you can relax with a good book. The shower room is en-suite. From the bedroom windows there is an excellent view of Mont Castre, a lovely quiet spot within easy walking distance.
