Chilly weekend away

We stayed a couple chilly rainy nights. Place was a little chilly, fortunately there was a heater in the bathroom and a radiator in the closet to make it cozy. Management was quick with replies. Great location. The coffee and peppermint tea was perfect to keep us warm! Coffeeweed cottage is an amazing coffee shop around the corner too

Good for What we Needed

It was a cute little place that was in a great location and just what we needed. However there were a few minuses, we had specified that there were going to be three of us staying at the location however there were only 2 towels left for us. Also there was not enough toilet paper provided for the whole trip, with three people using the bathroom we ran out before our last night. Also it seems like the communication from the owner was very one sided with no response or acknowledgement of the messages I was sending back. Overall a decent stay.

Decent

This location is absolutely okay. It's a decent place to lay your head. The location is close to downtown. The communication with the owner was great. The check in process was smooth. Did it have all the basic amenities? Yes. Could it have been cleaner? Yes. Could the bedding be better? Absolutely. Would I stay here again? Nah.

The best place I have stayed so far with HomeAway

This place looked great in the photos, however, it was even better than expected once I arrived. I have traveled all over the world and stayed on all kinds of hostels, hostels and bnbs. This one outdoes them all. The odd thing is that what stands out the most is the large deck with lawn chairs that overlooks the neighborhood with a gorgeous sky view. The bed was super comfortable and there is even a small futon if you have 3 guests. Very modern appliances and decor. Hot water, a heater in the bathroom, and the place seemed well insulated. There was even a remote for the fan, the light, and the air conditioner. I did not get the complimentary wine and chocolate that was mentioned in the other reviews because I only stayed one night but it shows that this owner really cares about his guests. . This place is 5 stars all the way. Ill be back!

private and very clean and efficient

the space was perfect, the kitchen and dining area were very efficient, everything required to cook was provided. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the balcony area was spacious and cozy. The atmosphere was amazing, as well as the host and other staff. I have also stayed in the cabin and main house which i equally enjoyed, this is my favorite space at the hostel though, and will surely recommend to anyone looking for a private getaway. 5 stars and will be coming back soon i hope. Thanks for the great hospitality and experience!

Clean, good location, nice amenities

The loft was lovely for our short Lafayette trip. Prices were higher than usual with festival, but my dad really enjoyed his stay and very comfortable. The private space and balcony in the loft was awesome. We utilized the kitchen and really appreciated coffee available. Thanks!

Adorable loft apartment

This is a very cozy and clean apartment, we loved it. My girls liked it so much we stayed again on the way back! We did have noise from the trains at 3-4 AM and had a lot of noise early morning from the neighbors downstairs (before 7:30AM), but it's not their fault we rolled in at 2AM and were tired - glad they were having a great time. Great, quick responses, I can strongly recommend this property. Consider adding hooks in the bathroom for towels/robes? Thank you -

We had to leave property and find another place to stay because owner double booked the room. Another couple showed up and had the same key code as us. I would like to be refunded since we had had leave and find a hotel.
