The 4 air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the upper levels, a single with en-suite shower on the first floor, a double with a shower room on the second floor and another lovely double with an en-suite shower and access to a private terrace with sun loungers on the third floor. The master suite is housed on the fourth floor offering delightful views over the rooftops of Pollensa, it has a private shower room and a terrace furnished with a table and chairs. Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
