Prestige Villas Spain are delighted to offer you Villa Amor. This fantastic villa with private pool, is located in Aigua Gelida, a privileged corner of the Costa Brava, only 500 meters from the beach of Tamariu. Enjoy the wonderful swimming pool surrounded by grass and the beautiful garden, where you can cool down and sunbathe in total privacy.
Easy access to the beach and the center of the village via public steps located just in front of the house.
The villa is distributed over two floors:
The ground floor has a very bright and comfortable living room with TV and fireplace, which has direct access to the terrace and the garden and pool area. Modern fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer) with an exit leading out to the terrace. On the same floor there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The upper floor is divided into two wings: on the left wing we find a double bedroom with en-suite, which incorporates a bathroom with shower and bathtub and has a private terrace with access to the solarium. The right wing has two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a nice terrace.
Garage. Air conditioning. Capacity 8 people.
