Can Bombarda by Rentallorca

Villa "Can Bombarda", a beautiful Majorcan style house with a maximum capacity for 10 people, is located in Llubí, in the centre of the village.

In this Villa you will have the feeling that you are in a country house because of its large terrace and incredible outdoor swimming pool with a ping pong table and parking for up to 10 bicycles.

The exteriors of the house are very nice, standing out for its big swimming pool of 9x5 meters, the solarium, the rest area and the barbecue with covered dining area, where you will be able to enjoy the beautiful summer days.

The house is composed of 2 floors, with its modern style and maintaining the Majorcan style.

Upon entering, there is a spacious entrance hall. To the left you will find the first bedroom, with double bed, en suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning. To the right is the second bedroom, with 2 single beds, en suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning. Through a pretty archway, to the right is a toilet, to the left are the stairs leading to the first floor and opposite is a door leading to the kitchen and living/dining room.

To the left is the kitchen, which is fully equipped and separated from the living-dining room by glass, and to the right, the living-dining room, which is very cosy and welcoming and offers a table for 10 people, sofa, Smart TV, and air conditioning.

There are two doors leading to the outside. The first leads to the inner courtyard area, where you will find the laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, table tennis, bicycle storage and rubbish/recycling area. The second door leads to the outdoor area, where you will enjoy the lounge area on the right, with several sofas and seats; in front, the swimming pool, the outdoor shower, the sun loungers and on the left the covered dining area, with a table for 10 people and the built-in barbecue.

Going up the stairs, we reach the landing on the first floor. To the left, we find 2 bedrooms. The first one has 2 single beds, en suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning and the second one has 2 single beds, en suite bathroom with bathtub and air conditioning. On the right, there is another living room equipped with a sofa, an armchair, a TV (without TV-Sat) and an exit to another terrace, with seating area and covered by a tarpaulin and the last bedroom, with 2 single beds, en suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning.

The centre of Llubí is 150 metres away and is one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca, offering the basic services for an independent stay. Just a 20-minute drive will take you to Ca'n Picafort, Puerto Alcúdia, Puerto Pollença, Cala San Vicente and Formentor, with their soft, white sandy beaches and crystal clear, shallow waters, ideal for children. You can also head to the mountains and lose yourself in the incredible hiking and cycling routes of the Tramuntana mountain range.

- This rental does not accept groups of young people under 30 years of age.

- A cot and high chair are available on request if you are travelling with your baby.

- Electricity not included.
Electricity in this house will be charged separately according to the actual consumption and the meter reading on departure. Electricity consumption will be deducted from the deposit (0,30 Euro / kWh).

- The amount of the deposit is: 300 Euro (refundable).
