The house is 7 km away from beaches in Peroj and Fazana, with always enough shaded parking spaces. Town Vodnjan is located 9 km from Pula and 22 km from Rovinj.
Villa Lipa has a private pool with an outdoor shower and a fully fenced garden. The covered terrace with a summer kitchen and an outdoor fireplace is an ideal place for daily and evening relaxation.
The house is fully air-conditioned, featuring a Wi-Fi connection, 2 SAT TVs, and a safe. A washing machine and dryer are provided. 2 cars can park in the fenced parking plot.
Ground floor: Spacious living area (if required, sleeping possibility on the pull-out sofa) with TV, fireplace, dining table, open kitchen, and direct access to the outdoor kitchen with barbecue, 1 bathroom, and 1 utility room.
First floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with high-quality sofa bed (160x200) and TV. All 1st-floor bedrooms have access to the balcony with sea views.

The house is 7 km away from the first beach Peroj. Fažana beach is on 9 km distance.
