Villa Calipso is a gorgeous property located on the amazing island of Capri.
The exterior extends for about 1000 square meters, it is multi-level and terraced.
Villa Calipso can accommodate up to 9 people and is ideal for those who want to spend an unforgettable holiday on the beautiful island of Capri, offering breathtaking views and all modern comforts.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The villa develops on two floors, the first floor consists of: kitchen, laundry, closet, dining room with wooden oven for pizzas, living room with fireplace, double room with bathroom and shower in the bedroom, there is also a bathroom without shower, finally the bedroom for the staff with exclusive bathroom.
The second floor is home to a panoramic living room with fireplace and sofa bed and attached terrace with panoramic whirlpool, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds, a bedroom with one bed, and two bathrooms both with shower.

At the entrance we there is a space with a ping-pong table, a lounge area with sea view, another terrace with a whirlpool tub and a small terrace with two sunbathing poufs; going down to the ground level of the villa, adjacent to the living room, we find the swimming pool with sunbathing area, 6 sun loungers, plus living area with dining table, relaxation area and TV.

Rental rules:
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day flexible; in August from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-In time is from 15:00; Checkout is by 10:00.
Daily cleaning included in the rental price.
Please note that the attendant lives in an independent room and is at guests' disposal all days for 6/7 hours per day.

Extra costs to be paid on arrival:
A security deposit of € 1.500,00 will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at the time of departure less any charge in case of damages.
City tax: according to the local law.
