Take the stairs up from street level and a smartly presented two bedroom apartment with everything you need for relaxing times in Southsea awaits.
The first room is the largest space in the house, and it features a living room area, dining table and kitchen. The large corner sofa delivers sitting space for all guests and it converts into a sofa bed creating sleeping space for two people. Whoever usually controls the remote in your group will discover a wide range of channels on the TV as well as Netflix access. Whoever likes to cook in your group can watch too as the kitchen is part of the room and features the appliances, countertop space and cookware and cutlery you need to self-cater. And all culinary creations can be enjoyed at the dining table (also in the room) which has two comfy chairs.
Despite all of the above, the first place you’re likely to want to check out is the terrace/balcony area which is accessed via a couple of steps from the kitchen. It’s fully decked and there’s room for a garden suite with tables, creating more space for relaxation and work. There aren’t many apartments in the area that offer this feature, so be sure to treasure every moment you spend out there.
Back inside and the bathroom with its brand new suite is next to discover. You’ll find a tub with a shower overhead in here, so however you like to freshen up back home, you can do likewise in Milton Heights.
