As a Host😊 , my goal is to ensure that you have as comfortable stay as you possibly can. I want you and your guests to create lasting memories during your stay in our cabin

But to do so, I would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules. I know, I know, rules are boring😆… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests with a great experience.

⭐Flamable: （extremely important）
our cabin is 95% made out of wood , so it's extremely important to keep out of any kind of fire ,no smoking,no candles etc.

⭐Kitchen:
Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply tea and coffee, as well as cooking utensils should you wish to cook. My only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving.and make sure trun off all the ellements that require to be off specially flamable。

⭐Noise:
As neighbours surround our property, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down after 10pm if possible. and no loud party in the house too .thank you for understanding

The only things you hear is squeaky floors. We enjoyed our quiet time.

Beautiful log home in an amazing location. Loved the walk to Rolley Lake and so easy to get to Abbotsford, Surrey and Mission !! We were only there a couple of days and could have easily spent more time enjoying the area.

Log Cabin

We were impressed to see the log cabin in the middle of tall trees. Lainey was very helpful and kind. She welcomed us with a big bag of cherries & beautiful fresh flowers. It has a big space for kids to run around and outdoor games. The atmosphere would want you to come enjoy this place again n again.

Serenity setting

We were happy to stay for 3 nights in the woods First all the good - very comfortable beds and room for everyone. The yard was lovely. I was able to make a few lovely meals. We were close enough to all that we needed to do in maple ridge and vancouver. The hosts were great! The not so good. The owner did tell me the husband would be there but i was not understanding he would be there a lot. It made it awkward to hear him and the dog there. One small frying pan to cook with was good but more could help others. Spices etc would allow more options. A few strangers were on the property picking up wood shavings and knocked on the door thinking we were the owners so that was odd. BUT - you could not ask for nicer people. The location was amazing and as a home base it was a stunning home. We were grateful for such a nice place!

Cute cabin, unfortunate experience

Aesthetically, it’s a beautiful log cabin and the interior photos match the experience. The master bedroom is also lovely. The host was also responsive about our concerns though no resolution came to light. When we arrived we could hear a dog barking on the property and as we opened the gate marked “no trespassing” we could see the dog standing on the picnic table that it was chained up to. There was a car with both windows open just inside the gate and as we rounded the driveway there were 3 additional vehicles (in various states of disrepair. It sure seemed like someone was already occupying the cabin.. Walking in the front door we were greeted by a sour fragrance, which could only be described as stale urine. I quickly found the source of the smell as I went down the spiral staircase. There are security cameras all over the exterior of the house (which were not mentioned anywhere in the listing). There are also scores of motion sensor lights placed randomly around the property.. There’s a pile of said junk adjacent to cabin, where you’d expect to park. There are at least 4 old torn up box springs/mattresses leaning against the side of the cabin. We contacted the host about the dog and they did remove it quickly. Unfortunately, the owner brought the dog back while we were sleeping during the morning that we checked out. This is not the worst place I have stayed. It just wasn’t the place that we were expecting based on the listing. I recommend that the listing be updated
