Villa Blanku Blou: an exclusive design villa located just a few minutes from the popular Jan Thiel beach.

Villa Blanku Blou is one of the top of the line holiday homes on Curaçao. Immerse yourself in all the luxury that the villa has to offer. Everything has been thought of to make your stay a holiday you will never forget. You can jump straight from the master bedroom into the infinity pool with a view over the interior of Curaçao!

From the pool deck you have a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea, the Spanish water and the interior of Curaçao.

On the ground floor is the entrance with the floating staircase that takes you straight into the spacious living room with open kitchen. The open European kitchen is adjacent to the living room and consists of a kitchen wall with built-in appliances including a combination microwave, luxury coffee machine and American refrigerator with built-in ice cube maker. The large cooking island has a dishwasher and a spacious induction hob.

There is a terrace on either side of the kitchen. By opening the sliding glass doors, the living space is completely connected to the outdoor areas.
On the ground floor you will find the master bedroom and the 3 other bedrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a private en-suite bathroom with designer sanitary ware of high European quality.

The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink made of oak. The bathroom is very modern with marble tiles and matte black taps. In addition, the master bedroom has its own access to the pool terrace.

The swimming pool is based on magnesium. Magnesium relaxes the muscles, detoxifies the body and reduces stress and pain. In addition, swimmers do not suffer from red eyes, breathing problems or chlorine smell. From the seats at the infinity edge of the pool you have a great view of the sun slowly setting behind the hills of Curaçao during the sunset.

The villa is equipped with 220v sockets and there are no inverters. You must take care of this yourself if necessary.

DEPOSIT
We ask for a deposit of €500 / $550 to be paid through VRBO. The deposit serves for the additional costs listed below, which will be paid at check-out. The remainder of the deposit will be returned to you through VRBO.

ADDITIONAL COSTS:

WATER & ELECTRICITY
The prices are exclusive water (€8,00 per m3) & electricity (€0,50 per kWh) usage. The meter readings will be taken together with you both at check-in and check-out. After reading the meter readings during check-out, the host will tell you how much the water & electricity costs are.

INTERIM CLEANING
For stays longer than 10 days, an interim cleaning is mandatory each 7 days. The costs are €150 / $165 each interim cleaning.

POSSIBLE DAMAGES
We assume that everything is in order when you leave the villa, but you will be charged an amount in the event of loss, theft or damage to items that belong to the villa. In that case, if the deposit paid by you covers the damage, it will be paid via the deposit. If the deposit is not sufficient, we will be forced to report the damage via AirBnB and AirBnB will reimburse us for the damage via your credit card or your other payment method.
