We are delighted to welcome you to this newly renovated home situated at the heart of Chelsea, in South West London. Attractions nearby include the Saatchi Gallery, shopping on the King’s Road and the city’s best museums in South Kensington. Sloane Square Underground Station is a 10-minute walk away, providing great transport links. The house itself is set across 3 floors and offers 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (1 en-suite), an airy living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a private roof terrace. Sleeps up to 6 guests. Essentials, linen, towels, TV & WiFi are provided.

LIVING ROOM
Situated on the first floor, the living room is bright & airy, flooded with natural daylight and furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. The room leads out onto the roof terrace. WiFi is available throughout the entire house.

KITCHEN & DINING
The open-plan kitchen is located on the ground floor alongside an adjacent dining area that can seat up to 6 guests. The kitchen is modern in style and is equipped with a cafetiere, a percolator, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and element hobs. The kitchen is also fitted with a luxurious velvet sofa and a coffee table, as well as an island and 3 bars tools.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and is furnished with a super-king size bed alongside a walk-in wardrobe. The room is equipped with an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a rain shower, a sink and a toilet. The second and third bedrooms are located on the second floor and are each furnished with a king-size bed, comfortable seating and built-in wardrobes. The second bathroom is also on the second floor and is fitted with a bathtub, an over-bath shower, a sink and a toilet. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor at your disposal as well. Bathroom essentials are provided including towels and toiletries.

OUTDOOR AREA
The private roof terrace is located on the first floor and is accessible via the living room.

Further afield, London's best museums are a 15-minute walk away including the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Science Museum and the Natural History Museum. Knightsbridge, Harrods & Harvey Nichols are also a 20-minute walk away. The banks of the River Thames are a 10-minute walk away, where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll and take in the stunning views across the city. Hyde Park is a 20-minute walk away and is home to Kensington Palace & Gardens, the Serpentine Gallery and the Diana Memorial Playground. Dining recommendations from the homeowners include The Builders Arms (2-min walk away) for a quintessentially English pub experience, Rabbit (4-min walk away) for modern European cuisine and Scalini (10-min walk away) for authentic Italian dishes.

Please note that а refundable damage deposit of GBP 400 is mandatory and should be paid via card and upon check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if no damage we refund the deposit within 7 days via bank transfer. Please provide us with your bank details when you book with us.

House Rules
We want you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home—treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Keep the property clean and tidy.
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
