Welcome to our cozy 3BR APT located in the heart of Sliema!
Our apartment is perfect for couples, families, or small groups of friends looking to experience all that this beautiful city has to offer.
The apartment is located just a short walk from the beach, as well as a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The bus stop is just steps away, making it easy to explore the rest of the island.

NOTE: The apartment has just been recently re designed, and everything is brand new !
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! Which is perfect for long and shorter term rentals.
Living area| Massive sofa, with TV and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. Also accessible from the living area is an amazing balcony with probably one of the nicest views in Malta. The beach is just at a walking distance from this apartment.
Also included in the living area is a dining table which easily fits 6 people.
Bedrooms| 3 Full bedrooms, where 1 is a double bed, the other with 2 singles and the last with 1 single bed.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms, one is accessible from the living space and the other is an ensuite.
Lift available in the common parts.
Please note: Over and above 5 people, a folding bed is provided with linens and towels.

Our apartment is located in the charming neighbourhood of Sliema, known for its picturesque seafront promenade and bustling shopping and dining scene. The apartment is just a short walk from the sandy beach, where you can spend the day soaking up the sun or take a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean Sea.
The neighbourhood is also home to a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops, making it easy to find something to suit every taste. The bus stop is just steps away, allowing you to easily explore the rest of the island. Whether you're looking to relax on the beach or experience the vibrant culture of Malta, Sliema has something for everyone.
The apartment is located in a convenient location in Sliema, with the bus stop just steps away. The Maltese public transportation system is reliable and efficient, making it easy to get around the island. Taxis are also readily available and can be hailed on the street or ordered through a smartphone app.
If you prefer to explore the area on your own, car rental agencies can be found in the city. Keep in mind that traffic in Malta can be heavy at times, especially in the larger cities.
Sliema is also a great location for walking, with many attractions and points of interest within easy reach. The promenade and seafront are popular spots for a leisurely stroll, and the narrow streets of the city centre offer a taste of local life
Very important notes before booking:
NOTE: The electricity is included in the price however the AC is coin operated.
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
