Elegant pet friendly villa in Dubrovnik

Thiselegant villa combines the seemingly incompatible - modern decoration with many elements of rustic decoration, traditional for houses in the region. Its rooms will accommodate up to nine people in five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. They are located on the first and second floor of the building, while the ground floor is reserved for a modern kitchen, two dining rooms and two living rooms, one of which has a brick fireplace. The outdoor pool and two spacious terraces will provide shelter for guests in the summer heat. The terraces of the villa offera beautiful view of the sea and the magnificent Franjo Tudjman bridge, named after the first Croatian president. On one of the terraces you can find a very striking old olive tree, and next to it there is a gas grill ideal for preparing a family meal.

Villa Franica is located on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, only half an hour's walk from the old town within Dubrovnik’s walls. Just a five minute walk separates you from the beautiful pebble beach, popularly called Copacabana. Several bars are located 500 meters from Villa Franica, and the market is two kilometres away.
