Disappointed

The property was easy to book and easy to get to. In the heart of Frisco, it was close to restaurants, ski rentals, and ski resorts.The real disappointment was with the cleanliness of the property. The floors were gritty and there was dust on all surfaces in the property. Additionally, either the owners or previous guests had a cat or short-haired dog that stayed at the property. There was pet hair on the pillows in the master bedroom. There was alsi a substantial amount of.pet hair all over the couch and couch pillows. I was constantly brushing hair off of my clothes and belongings. To add insult to injury, I emailed the property management company on the 2nd full day of our stay regarding this matter (with pictures) and never received a reply.I would definitely not recommend to my friends, family or those allergic to pet hair to stay at this property.

Nice and cozy townhome

The townhome was great, good location and value. Check in 4 pm was later than we would have liked but fine. Beds were a bit stiff, that’s the only negative we had. Location is great, in Frisco close to The ski areas. Heated garage was very nice as well. Bedrooms on thirds and bottom floor so with little kids may have been hard but was fine for us. Cozy auto gas fireplace was nice too.

Cozy, Well-Appointed Home Away from Home

I highly recommend this townhouse. We loved staying at this property. The living room was perfect for catching up with friends at our annual reunion. We also enjoyed the outside space. We did wish there were a couple more chairs on the balcony facing the meadow, but we managed to pull out a couple kitchen chairs so we all fit. Everything was extremely clean, and check in and check out were a breeze.

Good but several inconveniences

We mostly enjoyed our stay but we did have several little inconveniences that effected our overall experience of this property. The second day we lost hot water. We sent an email and someone came out the next day and fixed the broiler issue. That was handled quickly and we appreciated it but it did cause some issues with us not being able to shower that night or following morning. The master shower had standing water up to a few inches by the end of a shower, which was frustrating. About halfway into the week, workers came to sand and repaint the complex’s deck. During these days, they removed the outdoor furniture so we couldn’t use that space and the hot tub was covered by their cloth and rocks so we couldn’t use it. That was 3 of our 6 days and prior to this happening we enjoyed our coffee on that deck so we were annoyed not to be able to use it. Two days before we left, the coffee pot stopped dripping. So we had to waste the coffee and creamer we purchased and go out for coffee the last two days of the trip. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location with private garage and hot tub

Property was as expected. Location is very convenient and the private hot tub and garage were awesome during the winter. They recently updated the living room with a new TV and furniture. As a heads up, the garage is narrow (our MDX fit, but barely). Oversized SUVs and pick-ups probably won't make it.

Pretty good

We are frequent travelers and always use VRBO. That being said, my honest review of the home is as follows: Pros: clean, nice location, loved the fireplace and multiple porches/balconies and hot tub. It was great to have a washer and dryer. The WiFi worked well. Cons: there is A LOT of furniture in this condo. I would suggest removing some of the clutter and furniture, as it is somewhat of a sensory overload. Also the first night we were there the HOA for the condos showed up and used the key to let himself in while my kids were there alone (daughter 21 and son 3). Needless to say, it scared them quite a bit. I recommend better communication between the HOA and condo owner so they know when people are there and do not just walk in. The excuse was that there was no car in the driveway. However, it could have been in the garage or perhaps we did not bring a car. Either way, poor excuse and I hope it never happens to another family. All in all the trip was good and the condo was fine for our needs.

Outdated

This property needs a lot of TLC. The beds were very uncomfortable and the “master” bed sinks in on one side. The sheets had blood stains on them. Areas of the property looked to have not have been cleaned in some time. Sliding door in kitchen doesn’t lock and the carpet needs some serious steam cleaning or replacing. The living room furniture was also very outdated.

Great place

The condo is great. Plenty of room for our family if 4. Close to town/shops/restaurants. Only 10 minutes to Copper Mountain. Very well equipped kitchen. Hot tub was great. Would definitely come back.

Nice and close to So Many Mountains!

The location was beautiful and nice to get to the different mountains we skied at. It is near a Walmart, Safeway, and many different ski rental places.

Comfortable, relaxing place to stay during ski trip

The unit was everything we expected - clean, comfortable, just what we needed for a weekend getaway. We used the unit as our 'home base' while sampling a variety of ski resorts. It was only about a 20-30 minute drive to Vail, Keystone, and Breckenridge, giving us plenty of options from a central location. If I had one critique, it would be that the hot tub is on ground level, through the patio door in one of the bedrooms. So we had to trek through someone's bedroom to use it. But the 105 degree water and strong jets was well worth the inconvenience at the end of a long day on the slopes!
