Holiday home in the countryside by Balka Beach

Note: The holiday home is not heated from May to September. However, the tenant can turn on the electrical heat after arrival, if necessary.

Spacious holiday home in scenic surroundings with two gardens. One garden is screened off with a hedge, and here you can find peace with a book. There is also a small sheltered stone terrace. The other garden is open and there is an great opportunity for ball games etc. From the kitchen there is also a cozy courtyard with a view of the fields. If you look in the opposite direction, you will see the horses at the neighbour's house.

In the house there is a functional kitchen with oven/stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. There are toilets on both the first floor and on ground floor, but there is only a shower on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a small living room. On the ground floor there is a large bedroom as well as a large living room and dining room. A total of 4 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 4 single beds. Space for a total of 8 people.

The house is within cycling distance of a beautiful bathing beach, namely Balka Beach, where there is the finest white sand and a cozy beach bar and surf school. From here you can also go to the cozy harbor area by Snogebæk, where there are several cozy eateries. It is possible to rent bikes for the whole week at Boss cykler, which is close to the house.

In the living room there is a TV where it is possible to connect your own Apple TV/Chromecast.

There is an older charcoal grill which you are welcome to use, but remember to clean it after use so that it is ready for the next guests.

Be aware that it is an older house in the country, and you will risk finding cobwebs in the corners, as this cannot be avoided between visits.
