Villa Dirce is a bright and sunny one-story villa built directly above the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Dirce you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the Bay of Naples. Villa Dirce is 180 square meters (1940 square feet). It features a private jacuzzi pool, direct access to the sea, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 50 meters (165 feet), a grocery store at 250 meters (820 feet), the bus stop at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Marina Grande of Sorrento Beach) at 50 meters (approximately 165 feet). You will reach Villa Dirce from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately eight stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Dirce. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea through a concrete platform. You will reach it from the first patio going down approximately 15 stairway steps. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers.
Patio 1
The first patio is 130 square meters (1400 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with sofas and armchairs and with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and a swing. From the patio you will enjoy a characteristic view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the sea.
Patio 2
The second patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with small sofas and with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 230 square meters (2475 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. The garden is equipped with a small sofa, as well as with tables, chairs and a gazebo. Here you will also find a barbecue.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are bright and cheerful. The furnishings include a L-shaped sofa. There is a small fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first patio through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe.
