This is a fully refurbished modern 2 bedroom house located within walking distance to The Quay, as well as the city centre!
Situated in a stone's throw from restaurants and play area.
The house itself has been refurbished with new furniture and decor, kitted out with full kitchen facilities, ultra-fast broadband - free to use and a sofa bed to cater for more guests.
There are two double bedrooms upstairs, an open plan lounge/dining room and the kitchen and family bathroom on the ground floor.
The sofa bed in the lounge comfortably sleeps 2 people and all fresh bedding is provided
The stunning kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. Guests are welcome to help themselves with the tea and coffee provided throughout their stay. The courtyard allows our guests to soak up the sunshine during summer days.
