Stunning 2 levels of 125 square meters (1280 square feet). The property offers a large, private and furnished garden with jacuzzi to enjoy your relaxing outdoor moments. The outdoor area also has a covered and furnished patio with table and chairs for 8 people. On the ground floor the villa has an entrance into the living area, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and outdoor veranda, and a further bathroom. Upstairs, accessible via an internal staircase, the villa has another bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a covered veranda. The property also offers a separate laundry room and private parking. To make the environment unique is the large surrounding garden, full of various plants and trees, totally fenced and furnished to fully enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. This place called Arenella, stands out for its beautiful beach of light sand with crystal clear waters, alternating with rocky beaches. The location is also ideal to go visit the various nearby places of interest. In just 10 km (10 minutes driving) you can reach the city of Syracuse and in particular Ortygia, the historic center of the city, a touristic area and a place rich in history, art, good food and a variety of historic buildings, symbol of the island of Ortygia. A few minutes driving from the highway to reach the various touristic places on the south side, such as the splendid Baroque city of Noto, the ancient fisherman village of Marzamemi, the Vendicari naturalistic reserve and the various and known enchanting beaches of the south-eastern coast of Sicily. The nearest airport is Catania and is about 55 minutes by car (70 km).
