Perfect home base in london

Such a well done flat in london. We used to live around the corner so are familiar with the area. Less than 10 walk to Earl’s Court station with quick access to everything in london. The flat is renovated and has all you need for a home stay in the city. The bed is soooo very comfortable and the shower and water pressure is fabulous - not to mention the heated bathroom floors - lux! Having a bit of outdoor space to enjoy the nice weather is an added bonus. The team is incredibly responsive.and I’d book here again anytime!

La limpieza no se habia realizado antes de entrar en el apartamento, el suelo estaba por barrer y los utensilios de cocina con restos de comida! Por lo demas, nuestra valoracion es la maxima. Es una pena porque hubiera sido una estancia perfecta. Gracias.

Heerlijk verblijf, beetje lastig om binnen te komen, maar als je het systeem eenmaal onder de knie hebt, geen probleem meer. Leuke lokatie met pub en restaurantjes om de hoek.

Wonderful location!

The flat is in an amazing location with easy access to restaurants, a supermarket, and two Tube stations. It was very clean inside and the only reason I did not rate Cleanliness five stars was due to the cleanliness of the outside areas, not the inside areas. During our stay we were unable to adequately control the temperature in our unit. The network-controlled thermostat did not allow us to customize the temperature. Every time we tried to adjust the temperature, it would immediately default to the pre-programmed setting. We communicated with the host several times about this and they tried to help but were unable to fix it. Another issue we experienced wasn’t related to this flat but was related to the other residents in the building. Other residents were piling their bags of trash on the outside steps with items spilling out onto the front entryway that we had to walk through every day upon leaving the flat. We mentioned this to the host and they said that the trash was only supposed to be put out twice a week and it was supposed to be placed on the curb, not on the steps. The host said that they would address this issue with building management but it wasn’t resolved during our stay. One great feature is that this unit has a patio with a grill and an outdoor seating area. Unfortunately, the outside area was covered in leaves and debris so we couldn’t use it during our stay. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

It was a pleasant stay in the flat, pretty and modern, walking distance to nice places, in a good neighborhood, the only detail is a sewer in the bathroom

Quiet, spacious, clean and great location

Very happy with stay. Place is bright, clean, comfortable, spacious and modern. It is located on lower level, stairs right at entrance, with a beautiful outdoor patio, giving plenty of natural light. Location was great, with Earl court tube, pubs, restaurants, grocery and cafés nearby walking distance.
