Designed in a traditional chalet style the immaculately presented property is ideally situated to explore both the natural beauty of the surrounding landscapes and Northern Croatia’s cultural hot spots.

The detached home\'s first floor accommodates a spacious open-plan living area incorporating an eat-in kitchen and a comfortable seating area, furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, this area leads out to a spacious terrace where guests can dine at a rustic dining table.

The kitchen is fitted with; an induction hob, an oven, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher, an American fridge freezer and a large dining table. There is also a modern wall-mounted, flatscreen smart HDTV equipped with SKY and a PS5 for the guest\'s entertainment. On the first floor, guests will find the property’s wellness room, the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring.

Outside, the property is ideally set up for alfresco living. The garden is equipped with a children’s play area and a BBQ for preparing large meals, guests can also enjoy a game of table tennis, darts, or mini golf on the terrace.

The property is located in the small Hamlet of Vrankovec, a 30-minute drive from the Croatian capital of Zagreb and a 6-minute drive from the closest town, Sveti Križ Začretje.

In Zagreb, guests can visit the city’s 19th-century Lower Town (Donji Grad) and (Gornji Grad) the medieval Upper Town which is close to historical landmarks including St. Mark\'s Church with its colourful tiled roof, the Lotrščak Tower and Zagreb Cathedral. For nature lovers, Zagreb’s Botanical Gardens and Maksimir Park, the oldest public park in Zagreb, are both a one-hour drive from the property. Visitors can also visit Jarun Lake (a 50-minute drive) for water sports, cycling and jogging, with beaches and cafes to enjoy during the summer months.

Other popular excursions include a trip to Terme Tuhelj (a 25-minute drive) a popular wellness and spa resort and the historic town of Krapina, (a 13-minute drive) known for the Krapina Neanderthal site, one of the most significant Neanderthal sites in Europe.
