We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The steep streets of Alfama, one of Lisbon’s oldest areas, are lined with shops selling traditional crafts and cafes. Passengers pack the historic no. 28 tram, which winds through Alfama on its way up to 11th-century São Jorge Castle. Views from Miradouro da Graça terrace stretch over the city to the River Tagus. In the evening, melancholy Fado music can be heard in some of the area's long-running restaurants.

If you want to travel around Lisboa from my home, you can take the 28E Tram from Sé Sol which is a 5-minute walk. However, it's easy to get to most of downtown Lisboa by foot.

Alternatively, taxis and uber are available.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge at the property has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.
Please note that late check-ins with a greeter after 22:00 have an extra cost of EUR 20, and from midnight to 07:00 EUR 30.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an aditional
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
