House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the caravan.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are allowed at the property as long as house trained and will be an extra £50 fee payable direct to owner.

Next to park is a farm free to visit the animals can pay for their big indoor play and food also farm shop. 30 minute walk across the onside pebble beach 1 side u have st audries bay water fall and sand beach. The other side is old whatchet Town with 1000+ year old port, 3 free museums, market shops and huge park / gym park.

Tea coffee sugar sauces salt vinegar pepper at caravan for you to use. Just bring some milk.
Kids toys and games. Beachtoys balls e.t.c all available for you to use please leave where you found them for the next guests.
