The stunning interior has been finished to a high standard, with modern appliances and furnishings, and has more than enough space for up to 2 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay in a home away from home. There's an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable double bedroom and a modern bathroom.
The Space:
This lovely 1 bedroom apartment is set on the top floor and has been finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and contemporary appliances throughout. The open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, two large sofas, and smart TV. There's high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed made up with crisp hotel linen and plenty of storage for clothes. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Guests also have access to a communal roof terrace. Free on street parking is available outside the property.
A cot can be provided for 1 infant for an additional cost of £15 per night. Please make us aware before check-in.

There are also regular bus services leaving from the road outside, taking you to central Belfast within 10 minutes. Great Victoria Street Train Station is a 15 minute taxi ride away.
