A charming home in the quaint village of Imgarr
Welcome travellers to our lovely and peaceful home, in one of the loveliest villages on the island.
Upon entering our guests are welcomed with a large living space with SOFA and TV and a fully equipped kitchen with access to WIFI.
With the capacity to comfortably host up to 5 guests, our home offers 2 charming bedrooms, fitted with 3 comfortable beds, and a well-equipped bathroom.
Keeping you cool in the heat, and warm during the winter, the property is equipped with AC.
All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Living Spaces| Furnished with tables and chairs, Relax and unwind in the inviting living area, featuring a dining space and a comfortable sofa facing the TV.
SOFA BED is available and will be opened for over and above 4 guests.
Kitchen| Our fully equipped kitchen provides all the utensils and essentials you need to prepare delicious meals, whether it's for a long-term stay or a shorter visit.
Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, one with a double bed while the other with two single beds.
Bathrooms| 1 bathroom equipped with a shower.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

Guests will have full access to our apartment, including the private balcony.
Unfortunately, our property does not offer on-site parking, but street parking nearby is generally available.

3. During the lovely summer season, although he do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
