Summary:
Welcoming deluxe 3 bed house in popular Oldfield part of Bath. A walk of 20 - 25 minutes brings you to centre of beautiful Bath and all that this Georgian City has to offer - Roman Baths, The Circus, The Royal Crescent, Bath Abbey and Pulteney Bridge (just a few). Free street parking is huge bonus, Garden with outside seating and views over Bath and WIFI.
The Space:
Pure B's Welcoming Bath City House is a mid terrace property on the edge of the city with a 20 - 25 minute walk to the centre - or 5 - 10 minute drive.
Perfect for exploring all that Bath has to offer including The Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, The Royal Crescent, The Circus or many of the events that Bath puts on. Also idea for visiting the surrounding area - Cheddar Gorge, Bristol, Stonehenge, Mendips, Cotswolds and all easily accessible.
On street parking is free and generally very easy to find spaces. On entering the property you go though the hallway to a door to open plan downstairs living room, dining room, kitchen and outside to the garden with views towards Bath.
The stairs take you to the Master bedroom, second bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor and third bedroom on the 2nd floor.
Living Room - Relax with sofa, chair, stool along with 43" TV.
Dining Room - Large oak table that seats 6 comfortably.
Dedicated Work Station - Large desk and lamp for working, laptop, notes and folders.
Kitchen - Large kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of space. Bar area with 2 stools for meals and snacks in the kitchen. Double doors to garden.
Master Bedroom with King-size bed and plenty of cupboard space for hanging and on the first floor.
Second Bedroom with Double bed on first floor.
Third Bedroom with Double bed and small desk on 2nd floor.
Bathroom - Large Bathroom with Bath, separate shower, WC, Wash Hand Basin on first floor.
Garden - Doors from kitchen open to garden and some steps to a patio area with seating. Further lawn and higher decking area with views towards Bath.

Quiet neighbourhood with free parking. Bath City Centre and all that it has to offer is a 20 - 25 minute walk or 10 min drive to central Bath parking. Aldi, Costa, restaurants all very close by. Relaxing venue to match your staycation needs.
