TD Trulli dell'uliveto Cozy Trulli with Pool

Trulli dell'Uliveto is a lovely complex of trulli in a very peaceful setting in the typical Apulian countryside, just outside Castellana Grotte.
The property has been recently renovated and can accommodate 4 guests. The garden welcomes the newly built swimming pool of (4x10 metres) with a dry bathing area and convenient access staircase, equipped with sun loungers. The paved area around the pool also hosts a patio shaded by a table and chairs, the perfect place to enjoy lunches and dinners overlooking the pool and the trulli. Majestic centuries-old olive trees create additional shady areas on the solarium
Internally, the house is divided into: a fully equipped kitchenette, a small living room with stone fireplace and sofa, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower serving the house. Through the kitchen a French window gives access to a second patio with table and chairs in the shade of a large pine tree.
The property is completely fenced, with a gate and private parking.
The nearest town is Castellana Grotte, about 2 km away. Here you will find large supermarkets, pharmacies and all necessities, as well as excellent restaurants offering typical cuisine and the famous Grotte di Castellana. 15 km away is Monopoli, with its historic centre surrounded by a crystal-clear sea. Also not far away are Polignano a Mare, Fasano, Ostuni and much more.

Late checkout after 13:00 you pay an extra night.

€ 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights

Security deposit of € 1.000,00 charged via credit card or "TD warranty" insurance policy of € 79,00 (extra fee) which covers up to a maximum of € 3.000 in case of damages.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 25 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).

The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions to access the property and arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is Eur 100.00.
