This stunning 2 bed villa to rent in the gorgeous front line complex of Sun Bay Villas is definitely for the more discerning holiday maker. Set on the border of the Golf Del Sur and Amarilla Golf and Country Club resorts, the complex is front line to the sea and therefore the villa has wonderful views. Beautifully furnished, the villa has a very large sunny garden terrace, an upstairs balcony - both enjoying sea front views - and a private back terrace with a refreshing HOT tub for you to soak.

Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out

Sun Bay villas are front line to the sea and offer wonderful sea and marina views. Ideally located on the border of Amarilla Golf and Country Club and Golf Del Sur it is less than 10 minutes walk to the marina with its sea front bars, shops and restaurants.
Families with children will enjoy the enclosed / safe private garden terrace with a gate leading to the pool area. Couples will admire the views and enjoy romantic walks along the sea front. (The new coastal path meaning you can walk from Amarilla, passed the marina, through the resort of Golf Del Sur and to the lovely Spanish fishing villa of Los Abrigos - home to some of the best fresh fish restaurants on the island.
As both Amarilla and Golf Del Sur offer championship golf courses, it is of course a perfect villa for golfers.
Travel cots are available for a fee of €30 per week - please contact us in advance of your stay to ensure availability

The accommodation features:
Lounge & Kitchen: The living area is very comfortably furnished. There is a sofa bed, dining table and chairs, satellite TV and patio doors opening to the large garden terrace and lovely sea views.
Kitchen : The kitchen is immaculate and brand new. It consists of an oven, hob, large fridge freezer, microwave and is fully equipped.
Bedrooms (upstairs): Master: Double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes. Ensuite bathroom. Patio doors to upstairs balcony and gorgeous sea views.
2nd bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes.
Family bathroom.
Back terrace with HOT Tub - relax whilst have a lovely soak!
