This luxurious family friendly apartment is situated on the Waterfront Marina,
it is on the ground level with a spacious patio facing the Marina and the waterfront .
We have 24 hours security .
The master bedroom has a onsuite bathroom with a yazzuci .
You are within walking distance to the V&A Waterfront with lots of restaurants, shops, bars and tourist activities.
We are located close to many of South Africa's famous tourist attractions like Table Mountain, The Cape Point Penguins, the Wine Routes and much more.
There is a shared gym and a shared swimming pool over looking the Marina in the residential area.
We like to give our guests a comfortable stay and we provide basics for the bathroom and the kitchen.
There is water , wine , coffee and milk when you arrive .
We have a local host that will help you if you need.
We have DSTV , Netflix and Prime Video as well as a smart TV where you can streem your own devices.
There is free parking in the garage just under the apartment .

Cape Town is one of my absolute favorite cities and the V&A Waterfront has everything a city needs, fantastic views, magical restaurants and much much more.
Our apartment is just so close that you can walk to the V&A Waterfront in less than 10 minutes and feel the pulse and enjoy everything the city has to offer.
At the same time as it is safe, calm and pleasant in the residential area.
The perfect location in my opinion for a city holiday.
