A contemporary first-floor apartment for 4 (with lift), which is close to the popular Playa del Bombo beach. Located in a quiet condominium, with a shared pool and sea views, the apartment is a great option for a relaxed beach holiday at any time of year.

The balcony, which is off the main living area, can be enclosed or opened thanks to large glass windows. It looks out over the gardens to the sea beyond and is furnished with a table and chairs for outside dining.

Indoors, the airy living area is stylishly furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a second dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen is completely new and is well-equipped with fitted units an induction and cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine.

Guests can use shared swimming pool on site, as well as a communal garden.

Location
The condominium is in the attractive resort area of La Cala de Mijas, just 15 minutes from the action and glamour of Marbella. The Playa el Bombo (3 minutes) beach is very clean and provides all the services you might need, restaurants, showers and beach bars. There are other equally attractive beaches close by including Playa de la Butibamba (5 minutes) and Playa Max (4 minutes).

Fuengirola (15 minutes) is one of the most popular destinations on the Costa del Sol. The city has wide beaches, a Moorish castle, great restaurants and nightlife and a historic city centre, with winding streets and glorious squares. Marbella, to the south of the apartment, is a hub for the international jet set. It offers exclusive restaurants and nightclubs and is buzzing throughout the year.

The Miraflores Golf Club (3 minutes) offers golf lovers a chance to relax on the course. There is also Miraflores Tennis Club (2 minutes) which has good restaurants and live music as well as good tennis courts.

The closest international airport is Malaga Costa del Sol Airport (25 minutes)
