Alla sätt är välkomna med en flaska hemgjord vin från våra vingårdar och olivolja från våra olivträd och säsongens frukt från vår trädgård. Villa Captain Fotis erbjuder fullt utrustade lägenheter på 50 kvadratmeter vardera, som är uppdelade på 2 våningar. Det är stilfullt inredda och möblerade och erbjuder gästerna både komfort och avkoppling under sin vistelse. Villa Captain Fotis lägenheter kan rymma upp till 4 personer, med möjlighet att rymma en extra person på begäran. Varje lägenhet består av två separata sovrumsrum där kök också ligger. Vardagsrummet är utrustat med soffa som kan användas som en femte säng. Första sovrummet med dubbelsäng och det andra sovrummet med 2 enkelsängar. Köket är välutrustat med stort kylskåp, vattenkokare och elektrisk spis. Badrummet har en duschkabin med toalett.

Great apartment in Vasiliki

Wonderful position for the property overlooking the bay within a couple of minutes of the beach and nearby restaurants. About 15/20 minute walk in to town, very nice journey on a pedestrian route behind the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants along th pedestrian route also.

we had a perfect week in lowseason-Vasiliki. Jana and Sofoklis were more than perfect hosts, thanks for everything. we enjoyed our stay, the appartment, the talks with you Jana and all you did for us while we were at the beach... - we recommend everybody to stay on Lefkada and if you do so, choose Vasiliki, and there Captain Fotis is super :)

Wonderful stay in Vassiliki!

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment of Jana and Katiforis very much! They are such nice and friendly hosts. Apartment is perfect. Great view on the bay, many restaurants and supermarket nearby, but quiet. Beach just 1 Minute across the street. We are looking forward to stay here again.

Excellent location

Nice greek apartment, simple, not extravagant, but nicely located, just few steps from beach, probably 30, if you count them. As mentionned, few stairs depending which level you are renting, so with baby stroller it can be a challenge. Owner and wife are so charming and welcoming, made vacation even more enjoyable.

Great hosts, great hospitality, insider info on where to go and what to see

Property is very clean and right above the beach (3-minute walk). The apartment was renovated and had everything we needed. When we asked about coffee french press, owners went to the store and bought one for us to use. Amazing hopitality! Also, they gave us many good tips about the less crowded beaches and cultural things to see. Would love to come back. Hopefilly next year!

Perfect location and very nice place to stay

We have found perfectly what we needed: relax, sure seaside for our children, good environment to do sport and eat good food. The property has all the conforts, the landlord and his family are very kind and nice.

Very nice place for a family, great hospitality!

We spent one week in July in Vasiliki at Villa Captain Fotis, being a family with two children aged 9 and 11. The apartment is located close to the beach, somewhat uphill with nice a view overlooking the bay. Several good tavernas as well as the beach with all the windsurfing centers are within a few minutes walking distance. The center of Vasiliki around the port is a 15 to 20 minutes’ walk from the house. Even though a larger road passes quite close to the house, there is not much noise, as there is another row of houses between the road and the apartment. The apartment was very clean and functional. All the appliances in kitchen and bath were in perfect condition and air conditioning is available. The walls as well as the furniture looked new and clean. The host family who lives in the same building was very friendly and helpful. E. g. they helped us organize our transfers to the house and back to the airport. They were very accessible for a friendly chat and had very useful advice. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Captain Fotis and can only recommend the place!

nice and light appartment with great view

Everything is exactly as described in the information, very nice and clean apartment with wonderful views over the bay and indeed a very friendly and familiar atmosphere; Sofoklis and Jana are lovely people and do everything to make it a great holiday, we were offered lunch after a sleepless night as our plane left very early in the morning and directly felt at home. The apartment is nice and bright and very clean and from the balcony there is an ongoing spectacle of servers and sailors who come and go in the bay. I was particular happy with the stove and oven instead of just 2 electric hobs and we got wine from their own vineyard, free ranged eggs, olive oil from their own olive grove and as much lemons as we want from the trees in the garden, delicious! There is of street parking and your don't need a car for your groceries, it's just a few minutes walk down a quiet street surrounded by lots of bougainvilleas in several colors to the shops and to the beach. Although there are mosquito nets for all the windows, we didn't really need them as we had just 1 mosquito during our stay. Jana gave us a map of the island witch was very handy for sometimes there are no signs, or they are only written in Greek. Sofoklis and Jana showed us the way to the most wonderful beaches, such as Agiofili, a 45 minute walk from the village. You can also take a boat that brings you to the beach and picks you up at about 16.00 in the afternoon. Don't forget your beach shoes, you need them as practical all the beaches have pebbles. Where ever you go on the island, the views are stunning and by car nothing is really far, so you can see quite a lot in a short time and you always find a beach nearby where you can enjoy the cristal clear water in the most beautiful colors. Just one more tip: go to Karya and have some of the many delicious starters on the village square with the biggest plane tree I have ever seen!

Super leuk met een warm welkom!

Prettig appartement met een geweldig uitzicht. Je kijkt vanaf je zitje op het balkon zo over het strand en de baai. Heel gaaf! Inrichting is prima, met 2 slaapkamers met airco. De ruimte is schoon en je hebt voldoende spulletjes om een eenvoudige maaltijd te maken. Niet dat dit echt nodig is, want er zijn 3 restaurantjes voor de deur die allemaal prima zijn. In het dorp zijn nog veel meer eetgelegenheden te vinden, evenals een leuk (rock)barretje. Je hebt genoeg privacy en als je wilt, en wie wil dat niet, loop je in 2 minuten het strand op om bij een strandtentje/ restaurantje op een ligstoel onder een parasol te gaan liggen. Het dorp is via een lange weg makkelijk te bereiken, met of zonder eigen vervoer. Aan het eind van de weg is een bushalte vanaf waar je bijvoorbeeld naar Lefkada of Nidri kan reizen. Vlakbij is een supermarktje met een bakkersgedeelte, handig! De erg vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaren wonen onder de appartementen en het is goed mogelijk dat je een keer wordt uitgenodigd om even aan te schuiven aan de lange tafel die onder de druivenranken staat. Je voelt je meteen thuis, wat best een prestatie is bij een vakantie woning. Bedankt voor een geweldige tijd bij jullie, Captain Fotis!
