The Poet's View - Homey Flat

Newly refurbhished sunny flat located on the second floor within an apartment block equipped with a lift which benefits from having a panoramic view on Petrarca Square. This square took its name after the famous poet Francesco Petrarca who spent the last years of his life on the hills just out of the city of Padua.
Th flat is located in Carmine quarter within the old town centre, and is far just 9 minutes walking distance form the Cappella degli Scrovegni, 10 minutes walking distance from Piazza dei Signori e Piazza Delle Erbe and 14 minutes walking distance from the train station.

The flat comprises of: Open space living room/kitchen fitted with fridge/freezer, induction hobs, toaster, kettle, italian coffe machine and kitche tools;
the living room is furnished with a double sofa bed (French mattress size), a dining table with four chairs and a smart TV;
Bedroom: furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, a big wardrobe and a desk with chair;
Bathroom: no windowed bathroom fitted withshoer and basin (NO BIDET and NO WHASING MACHINE)
Internet WIFI, Air conditioning, central heating and iron and ironing board are provided.

A cradle is available to hire with an extra cost of €7 per day.

The apartment has a self check-in system with a key box located outside the house, so you will be able to access the property with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of your arrival.

Important: To receive this code and instructions to access the property you will have to complete the check-in online form providing your data and IDs and pay the Tourist Tax.

The City Tax is not included and you will be required to pay it before your arrival; Padova City Council set €2,5 per person per night for the first five days of your stay.
