The property is located on the third floor via stairs since the lift is not working at the moment.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer and a drying rack to meet your laundry needs.

The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a terrace with panoramic views, and a spacious wardrobe for all your belongings. The second bedroom offers a single bed that converts into a king-size bed, a wardrobe for storage, a balcony with a table and chairs for relaxation, and a desk for any work you may need to do during your stay. All the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.

Additionally, it offers the convenience of complimentary parking on the street, making it easy for guests with their vehicles to explore the city and surrounding areas.

The property is ideally located in a vibrant area with numerous attractions and amenities close by. A short distance away is the University of Aveiro, known for its beautiful campus and modern architecture, which frequently hosts cultural events and attracts visitors and students alike.

Nearby, the Cais da Fonte Nova and Canal de São Roque offer scenic walks along the canals and the chance to see traditional moliceiro boats gliding through the water. These picturesque areas are perfect for boat tours or simply relaxing by the canal, and they feature charming cafes and local shops along the way.

For shopping and dining, Forum Aveiro is just around the corner. This open-air shopping center provides a wide range of stores, cafes, and restaurants, making it a popular spot for both locals and visitors. Close by, the Aveiro Museum in a historic convent offers insights into the city’s past through religious art, local history, and various cultural exhibits.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
