This perfectly located 1 bed apartment was newly converted in 2019 and is situated within an old shoe factory which has kept its original brickwork and internal wooden beams which can be appreciated throughout the property.
The apartment boasts a deluxe modern feel to it, with features such as touch screen lighting/de misting mirror in the bathroom, brand new electric boiler system fitted in 2024, a television in the main living room area and a wall mounted television in the bedroom as well as a stylish sofa bed should it be required.
