Welcome to your perfect Edinburgh retreat! This spacious 2-bedroom apartment features a large, separate living room and a charming patio, perfect for unwinding. Nestled near Holyrood Park, it's ideal for both relaxation and adventure. As a recent hospitality management graduate and long time Edinburgh local, I am dedicated to offering you an exceptional stay. The Flat:
Both bedrooms are large and equipped with workspaces, closets, and double beds, complete with fresh linens.
The living room is very spacious, featuring a fold-out couch for extra guests, a comfortable couch, a dining table, and a games corner with chess and playing cards.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts a brand new washing machine, oven, and air fryer, ensuring all your culinary needs are met. The bathroom offers a hot shower and bath for relaxation after a day of exploring the city.
Step out to the private patio, which leads directly to the car park, providing guests with their own private entrance. Located near Holyrood Park, this apartment is perfect for those looking to enjoy both the natural beauty and vibrant city life of Edinburgh.
Transport:
Travel from the airport with ease, simply take the tram o the city center and a 15 minute bus (or five minute taxi) to the property
Via Holyrood Park you can enjoy a lovely walk through to the Old Town in just over 30 minutes (As I do most days for work)
If you prefer not to walk you can use Edinburgh's excellent public transport system to get to the city center in under 30 minutes (5 minute walk to the bus stop and a 15-20 minute bus)

The property is based right on the shoulder of the beautiful Arthur’s Seat, this hill in the center of Edinburgh offers the best views in the city, and staying on my flat you’ll have a head start over everyone else trying to get to the top.
The property is a 5 minute walk to the bus stops which can take you to the city centre or sunny (with a bit of luck) Portobello beach. An ideal location for seeing all the city has to offer. The Old Town is also just over a 30 minute walk away right through Holyrood Park
