Tivoli Guest House is a great shared living option making it ideal for those in the area both short- and long-term. Guests are provided with one of ten rooms each with an ensuite, please contact the hosts if you would like to know which rooms are available. All bedrooms provide guests with a bedroom, tea/ coffee making facilities, TV and a private ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathrooms are complete with walk-in shower cubicles, hand towels, bath towels and bath mats are provided.

Tivoli has a traditional charm with features such as the high ceilings, spiral staircase and skylight giving an authentic feel to this Georgian townhouse.

In addition to the bedrooms, there are a number of shared communal spaces. The kitchen is large with an ample cupboard, fridge and freezer space, this makes sharing these spaces easy. Additionally, there is a large gas cooker, two kettles, two toasters, two air fryers, microwave, washing machine and dryer. The shared dining space also provides guests with continental breakfast options such as cereals and pastries making it ideal for those grab and go mornings.

The shared lounge space has a cosy feel with multiple sofas and TV making it ideal for nights with your fellow guests. There is an additional shared bathroom downstairs including a shower cubicle.

Situated in Whitehaven’s town centre and historic harbour, this house is an ideal location for those looking to enjoy the offerings of Whitehaven and Cumbria as well as those attending the area for work or education. Whitehaven has a number of local pubs and restaurants around the town centre and harbour.

Whitehaven is approximately 27 miles from Keswick in the Northwest Lake District and 48 miles from Windermere and the South Lake District making it a great base for exploring the beautiful Lake District. Although this property would suit holidaymakers, it would also benefit those in the area for work with local transport links to West Cumberland Hospital, Sellafield and Westlakes Science Park.

Unfortunately this house does not have a private parking area. However, there are a number of pay and display car parks nearby, the details of which can be provided by your hosts. There are also a number of local disc zones, more information on disc zones can also be provided by your hosts.

Whitehaven also has accessible public transport links with trains running from Carlisle to Barrow-in-Furness and local bus services running to other local towns.
