Occupancy Only guests included in the reservation can access the property. Parties or events are not allowed. 3. Care of the Property Please take care of the furniture and facilities as if they were your own. It is not allowed to move the furniture or make changes to the layout. Report any damage or defects immediately. 4. Cleaning and Order Keep the areas clean and tidy during your stay. Waste must be deposited in the appropriate containers. It is appreciated that the kitchen is left tidy and free of food remains. 5. Use of the Pool and Garden The pool is not guarded. Use the area under your own responsibility, especially with children. Avoid the use of glass in the pool area. Respect the hours of use, generally from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 6. Respect for Neighbors Avoid excessive noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Respect community rules and common areas, if any. 7. Prohibitions No smoking inside the property. Pets are not allowed (unless by prior arrangement). The use of candles, barbecues or open fires is prohibited indoors or in non-designated areas. 8. Security Close doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not leave valuable personal belongings unattended. 9. Responsibility The reservation holder will be responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
