You'll also have access to a communal swimming pool and Paddle court, perfect for leisure activities.
> Living Room: The spacious and bright living room is designed for your comfort. It features air conditioning and a large L-shaped sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The living area also includes a Smart TV, ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Next to this space, you'll find a dining table with chairs for 4 guests. The living room has a large glass window that leads to the balcony, flooding the space with natural light and offering a charming view.
> Kitchen: The modern and convenient kitchen is separated from the living room by a counter that can double as additional dining or cooking space. It is fully equipped with everything you might need: refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, complete dinnerware, and ample storage space. Here, you can easily prepare your favorite meals, whether it's a quick breakfast or a more elaborate dinner.
> Master Bedroom: The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed that guarantees a restful sleep. On either side of the bed, you'll find nightstands with lamps, perfect for reading before bed. The bedroom also includes a ceiling fan to keep the room cool during warm nights, a spacious wardrobe for storing your belongings, and a window with a view that invites relaxation as soon as you wake up.
> Second Bedroom: The second bedroom is cozy and functional, equipped with two single beds. This room also has a ceiling fan, ensuring a pleasant temperature, a shelf for your luggage, and a window that allows natural light to enter.
> Bathroom: The bathroom is modern and bright, featuring a large sink with storage space for your toiletries. It also includes a big mirror, perfect for getting ready before heading out, a toilet, and a spacious shower that offers a relaxing experience at the end of the day.

It is furnished with a table and a large outdoor sofa, where you can relax with a drink, enjoy a good book, or simply take in the surrounding views. A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.
*We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm an additional €40 is charged until 11 pm, and €60 until midnight. Outside these hours please contact us for availability and rate. Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to ensure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a €25 surcharge.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or minor guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to reserve is 25 years.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more they will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.
*The pool is only open a few months a year (generally from May to October). Please check the availability of the pool for the chosen dates. Please note that due to drought, pool opening dates may be affected.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.

*In case you lose the keys during your stay, the cost is 100€.
