The cozy living area invites you to sink into comfortable seating, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. Gather around for movie nights on the flat-screen TV or enjoy the serene ambience.

The fully equipped kitchen is a welcoming hub for socializing and culinary adventures. Whether you’re preparing a feast or a quick snack, you'll find all the cookware and cutlery you need to create memorable meals. The adjoining dining space sets the stage for lively conversations and shared laughter.

Each of the three stylishly decorated ensuite bedrooms is a private sanctuary featuring plush queen-sized beds, ample storage, and tasteful décor. The modern bathrooms have everything you need to refresh and recharge, including fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.

Step outside and soak up the sun in the tranquil outdoor space, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. With private parking included, your stay is as convenient as it is delightful.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Feteiras, located in Cernache, Portugal, offers a tranquil escape amidst rolling hills and lush greenery. Ideal for nature lovers, it provides scenic trails and a peaceful rural atmosphere, while its proximity to Coimbra allows easy access to landmarks like the University of Coimbra.

Rich in cultural heritage, Feteiras is a great spot to enjoy traditional Portuguese dishes such as leitão à Bairrada and chanfana. With charming chapels and historical sites, it’s a perfect blend of countryside serenity and cultural exploration.

The property is easily accessible by car. Parking is included inside the property.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 1 hour and 40-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
