The property showcases a contemporary style with whitewashed walls and light features, including floor-to-ceiling patio doors leading to a private patio and enclosed garden area.
Conveniently situated within easy reach of amenities such as restaurants, shops, and leisure facilities, Surf City is also adjacent to the picturesque Tarka Trail, a designated cycle and footpath.
Accommodation includes:
Open Plan Kitchen/Lounge/Dining Area: This stylish space encourages plenty of warmth and light through the rear glass doors. The lounge area offers exceptionally comfortable seating for six guests, including reclining armchairs, perfectly positioned to enjoy the natural sunlight streaming through the patio doors. Surf City also features a smart TV and superfast broadband. The dining area, set alongside the lounge, includes quality furniture such as a dining table and six chairs, benefiting from ample warmth and natural light. The modern, well-equipped kitchen includes quality appliances like a double oven, induction hob, integrated fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. Additional appliances include a coffee machine, sandwich maker, and microwave. This generous open-plan area provides plenty of space for food preparation and storage. (Washing machine located in the garage area.)

Master Bedroom: Situated upstairs, this spacious room features a king-size bed, smart TV, and walk-in cupboard storage area. The family bathroom is located opposite the master bedroom.
Bedroom Two: Located downstairs, this room includes a double bed and an en-suite shower room with a shower, W/C, basin, and towel rails.
Bedroom Three: Also downstairs, this room offers two single beds and an en-suite shower room with a shower, W/C, basin, and towel rails.
Surf City also offers a generous garage area for storing surfboards and bikes, with an additional sink, draining board, and washing machine. Pets - We welcome well behaved dogs at Surf City but, for the benefit of others booking the property, we would stress that dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture.

Leave Barnstaple on A361 towards Braunton / Ilfracombe. Go straight-on through Braunton. Continue for approx. 5 miles until you reach Mullacott Cross roundabout. Turn left at the roundabout onto the B3343 towards Woolacombe.
Continue for approximately 1.5 miles, the road bends hard to the right, there is a pink house on the corner. Continue around the right hand bend, past the turning for Mortehoe on your right hand side.
You will notice the Fortescue Restaurant on your right hand side, please continue past the Fortescue Arms and take the next turning on the left signposted 'Tarka Lane' with character stone wall.
Please pull onto the drive of number 11.
