Designed for families and groups, the villa comfortably accommodates up to seven guests with its three bedrooms, four beds, and two bathrooms, all conveniently situated on the ground floor.

The living area features a cozy sofa, a television, a dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and an espresso coffee machine. From the living area, guests can step onto a terrace furnished with a dining table, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors while admiring breathtaking sea views.

The sleeping quarters include three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Two of these feature queen-size beds and ample closet space, while the third offers a bunk bed and a pull-out single bed. One of the double bedrooms also boasts a private balcony with sea views. The villa includes two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, ensuring comfort and convenience.

The private swimming pool, accessible via a few steps, is a standout feature of the villa. Surrounded by greenery and outdoor furniture, it provides a peaceful retreat for relaxation. The pool is open seasonally from June 15 to September 15. Additional amenities include a washing machine, an iron, and an outdoor parking space within the property.
