This charming villa is located on a tranquil, private street, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a serene atmosphere. The house, set entirely on the ground floor, welcomes guests into a delightful living area accessible from the furnished terrace, which features a dining space and comfortable outdoor sofas. Inside, the living room is furnished with a cozy sofa, a TV, and a dining table, making it a perfect place to unwind. Through an arched portal, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals.

The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms: two with queen-size beds and one with a single bed, providing comfortable accommodations for up to five guests.
