The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and four ceramic glass hob hotplates. Additionally, there is a shower and a separate toilet on this level. The upper floor features two more rooms, one with two beds and the other with two beds and a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and toilet.
