Ideal little semi-detached bungalow on Praslin island, ideally located on the coastal side within 50 metres walk to the sea. Our bungalow offers guests a charming, comfortable and fully equipped self-catering accommodation experience to feel right at home & relax!

Everything is in great condition in the apartment. It has been tastefully decorated to suit everyone and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay during your holiday. There is a large open plan kitchen with dining table and living room area and there is also an outdoor space for you to enjoy cooking up a little BBQ. There is a double bed in the bedroom which is fully equipped with air-conditioning.
WE OFFER 24 HOUR FREE UNLIMITED WIFI & FREE UNLIMITED LOCAL CALLS in all our apartments for guests.
Guests have access to the entire apartment just to themselves. The apartment is located in a semi-detached building on the ground floor level which has 2 apartments per building, one to the left and one to the right.
We are on a small private property and each apartment has it's own private entrance and its own veranda at the front and private outdoor area in the back where you can suntan, have a BBQ etc.
Guests have access to parking spaces for 1 car per bungalow on the property.

Please note that the property has a tourism licence under the name Roche Kerlan Apartments and offers certified accommodation to tourists and local guests.
TOURISM ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY LEVY
2). Please be advised that there is a new mandatory Tourism Environmental Sustainability Levy/Tax introduced by the Seychelles Government since August 2023. You can contact your embassy for more information or consult the Seychelles Ministry of Tourism website to read about it.
It is payable in cash only in Seychelles Rupees and our small licensed accommodation falls under the category which is charged at 25 SCR (Seychelles Rupees) per person per night (Children of ages 0 - 12 yrs old do not pay the levy).
We will collect the levy from you once you are here and give you a receipt which you will need to keep with you as you may need to present it at the airport upon your departure from Seychelles.
COVID-RELATED TOURISM HEALTH CERTIFICATE:
We are pleased to announce that we are fully certified by the Ministry of Health to operate as an approved tourism establishment under the new Covid regulations, so please be assured that you can book with us with 100% confidence for a hassle free arrival and stay. (Please see a copy of our health certificate uploaded in the photos section, thank you.)
UPDATED CLEANING POLICY:
Please note that we still offer to do the cleaning of your bungalow after every 3 nights and change the towels and bed sheets on those days.
If you personally do not wish to have us come into your bungalow for cleaning during your stay and you prefer to do your own cleaning, just let us know and all materials for cleaning will be provided in the bungalow as well as extra bed linen and towels so that you can organise yourselves independently. Just let us know your preference on arrival, thank you!
