The Space:
Nestled in a peaceful and quiet location, this stunning modern property offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. With sleek contemporary finishes and spacious living areas, it’s the ideal space for those seeking a tranquil retreat with easy access to the city.
The property features two bedrooms, one king bed with excellent storage and and one double, designed as a cozy "snug" with hanging and shelving space. Each of these bedrooms are designed with relaxation in mind with black out blinds and curtains. The stylish bathroom is equipped with a luxurious rainfall shower, creating a spa-like experience for everyday indulgence.
The heart of the home is the expansive open-plan living room and kitchen, offering a seamless space perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. Whether you're hosting friends or enjoying a quiet night in, the bright and airy atmosphere makes every moment enjoyable.
There is a private garden behind the flat. If the weather is nice feel free to enjoy soaking up the Scottish sun.
The property has both a designated car park as well as on street parking so you can enjoy the convenience of easy access to transportation and the best of both worlds – a quiet escape with quick connections to Glasgow’s vibrant city life.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire flat during their stay. Check in is from 4pm on the day of arrival and check out is by 10am on the day of departure. We know that these times might not always be suitable due to arrival and departure times in the city. Where possible we always endeavour to be flexible with arrival and departure times to suit our guests.
Please note although the flat is on the ground floor, there are a number of steps required for access.

The property is located on the outskirts of Glasgow in the area of Millerston.
Surrounded by many eateries and family friendly pubs, the Dug n Duck has a great chilled environment for those looking for good pub grub.
For those who are travelling with children, there is a soft play close by to keep the little ones busy and burn off some energy.
Robroyston Retail Park is a close 20 minute walk, or 8 minute drive, with supermarkets, a gym and eateries all located this short distance away.
Getting Around:
Robroyston train station is a 5 minute walk which offers a direct line to Gasgow Queen Street (8 minutes), Cumbernauld (14 mins), Falkirk (31 mins) and a single change to Edinburgh stations (65 mins).
Millerston sits between the M8 and M80 motorway networks making it popular for commuting through the central belt. The property is extremely close to the joining of the motorway to reach Glasgow City Centre.

We can arrange rental of a high chair and a travel cot if needed during your stay.
Please note, check in is not available on the 25th of December and the 1st of January.
